VISUAL PHASE: Transparent dark brown color and good quality foam. Slightly cloudy, with a dark reddish background with maroon reflections. Layer of consistent white-brown foam, some large bubbles all over the surface, inviting you to drink.
OLFATIVA PHASE: Earthy aroma – rustic clean and pronounced, with a nuance of dark chocolate, tobacco and notes of toasted wood. Strong aroma of wet grass and acorns, the latter intense and ripe aroma. Fresh aromas on the nose with a subtle touch of yeast.
GUSTATIVE PHASE: First impression soft and malted flavor, with a long and satisfying toasted malt aftertaste. Its appearance and aromatic profile make it an easy drink beer with a refreshing finish. Touches of orange, the consistency of the foam prevents a quick heating of the beer; sweet nutty and acorn flavors, with a round mid palate. Alcohol is well integrated, so it is a beer with a correct acidity and a pleasant taste. Taste: Sweet relationship of flavors, with a bitter finish. Medium body, intense and robust as well as in smell. Salty start, which cuts to sweet; passes into dark chocolate on the middle palate; the support of its acidity makes it a fresh and vibrant beer. Finish: Dry finish, very harmonious, with notes of hops until the end.
MARIDAGE: Legumes, we recommend lentil stew with veal, beans and stew. Beef and roasted game meats. Nuts, accompany very well almonds or nuts. Stews with cooked potato and octopus, squid, squid or choco. Recommended the reduction of Cerex Ibérica de Bellota, for use in roasted meat dishes, meat stews or elaborations with squid or cuttlefish.
