Visual phase:

  • Transparent garnet-red colour, with good foam quality.

  • Slightly cloudy, with a dark reddish background with maroon reflections.

  • Consistent foam layer, with large bubbles all over the surface, which invite you to drink.

Olfactory phase:

  • Moderately fruity aroma due to hops, with persistent notes of Iberian acorn ham.

  • Wet grass smell – rustic clean and pronounced, with a nuance of caramel and notes of toasted wood.

  • Fresh on the nose, with a subtle touch of yeast.

Taste phase:

First impression:

  • Its appearance and aromatic profile make it an easy drink beer with a refreshing finish.

  • Touches of grapefruit; foam consistency prevents rapid heating of beer; fruity-floral flavor and pronounced touch of Iberian acorn ham, with a round mid palate.

  • Alcohol is well integrated, so it is a beer with a correct acidity and a pleasant taste.

  • Rough, strong start in the mouth, which fades fleetingly to give a drier finish, which ends in caramel.

  • Sweet relationship of flavors, with a bitter finish.

  • Medium body, intense and robust as well as in smell.

  • Salty start, which cuts to sweet; passes to Iberian acorn ham on the middle palate; the support of its acidity makes it a fresh and vibrant beer.

  • Dry finish, very harmonious, with notes of hops to the end.

  • Ideal to accompany with Iberian sausages.

  • Stews and roasts of suckling pig, lamb or goat.

  • Game meats: in stews, stews, roasted or baked. The bitter touch of beer accompanies the passage of game meat very well and encourages you to continue eating.

  • Bird: well roasted or grilled. Perfectly accompanies with pickled partridge and grilled chicken.

  • Cheeses of all kinds, especially semi-cured with paprika bark and cured cheese.

  • It is an ideal beer to wait while serving lunch or dinner; in this case, we recommend that you accompany it with nuts or almonds.

  • Seasonal mushrooms: good combination with mushroom stews, stews and grilled mushrooms (boletus, niscalo, sunshade, etc.)
