TYPE:Semi dry cava
ELABORATION: Selection and elaboration of Chardonnay grapes. A first fermentation is done at low temperature to squeeze the maximum aromas of the fruit.
Subsequently, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle for about 12 months.
TASTING: Light gold colour with greenish hues, effervescence with elegant flow of fine golden and persistent bubbles. Delicate fruity aromas of ripe apple, wild herbs with a certain citrus touch. Elegant, creamy finish, persistent aftertaste and sweet touch where all the frankness of the cava is expressed.
MARIDAGE: Hot and cold starters, cheeses, seafood, fish, sushi, pates, soft white meats, Japanese, Asian and Mexican cuisine.
GASTRONOMY: Ideal to enjoy alone, as a couple and with friends, accompanying all the food, in the middle of the afternoon and as a dessert. Without ruling out any time of the day, thinking that every day is celebration.
