D. O. Cava de Almendralejo. The variety is chardonnay and macabeo. Cava with clean straw yellow colour and green tones, high effervescence with fine bubble. On the nose there are white fruits and green quince, as well as mandarin and fresh herbs, elegantly accompanied by aromas of nuts and pastries. On the palate it is powerful and round, with a cheerful acidity that makes it lively and elegant, just like its long aftertaste. Recommended for all kinds of fish, salads, white meats, new cheeses and foie gras. Vol. 12%
