Wine of the Tempranillo variety of the Matanegra area To obtain the Red Wine Flor de Señorío de Orán three productions are made: In a first tank a carbonic maceration takes place, in a second tank is fermented in the traditional style and in a third stage part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 6 months. The harvest that is carried out for the production of the wine is manually, with a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the winery.
