Ingredients: Water, barley malt, cherries, hops, yeast. 5% Alc. Vol.
VISUAL PHASE: Intense matte red colour. Light carbonic.
OLFATIVA PHASE: Intense aroma of cherry and yeasts of the Bretanomycesvariety, coming from the skin of the cherry. The aromas are fruity and floral, fresh cherry, and white flowers (orange blossom and white dens).
GUSTATIVE PHASE: Very expressive beer, soft in the mouth, leaving notes throughout the tour in the mouth. At the end of the tongue there is a certain acidity, which perfectly combines with the predominant sweetness of the cherry and the bitterness of the beer.
MARIDAGE: We recommend light cakes, biscuits, even rice with milk. Good combination with pasta or rice salads.
