The Iberian Hams 5B ESTIRPE NEGRA come from Iberian pigs on livestock farms in Extremadura, where the largest mass of pastures of the Iberian Peninsula, bred on a semi-extensive regime, extends. They are the result of an eighteen-year continuous improvement project working together with Iberian pork breeders hired and controlled by ESTIRPE NEGRA, animal nutrition companies and own technicians to obtain optimal pigs for the production of hams with a special diet based on cereals and other natural ingredients to improve bouquet. Therefore, Iberian Hams ESTIRPE NEGRA 5B have more fluid and healthy fat, more veined, better aroma, soft and intense flavor, little salty and a fine texture.
